Everything they dismantled was put together at the other end. It was a rainy day and they were so careful with all of our belongings and to make sure they weren’t walking around with wet shoes. We completed our move in 7 hours and it was worth every penny and they removed all the stress of the day. Highly recommended, thanks guys!

Turned up on time and after brief survey got straight on with the job. Large and small oddments all went onto the van like a jigsaw.
Didn't stop until everything was loaded. Courteous, respectful of the items ,never felt I had to watch over them. Complete confidence from minute one. Unloading was just the same all items placed where required and if anything didn't look right happy to reposition. Moved and settled by tea time only delay was picking up keys and when called during lunch break came straight away no quibbling. Excellent job ,no stress and friendly guys.

What can I say about this company. To begin with they were very understanding about the difficulties in arranging to move home with the changing completion dates.
On the day of the move they arrived bang on time and set to work. They never stopped and were chatty and as helpful as they could be. Even showing me how my sofa came apart. All easily damaged goods were treated carefully. We were absolutely delighted with the lads who did the house move. They took so much stress away from us and we cannot thank them enough. So pleased we decided to use a family business and not one of the big firms. Great guys, pleasant, respectful of our belongings, knowledgeable about moving - everything was done properly and to a set order so that things were stored correctly in the van.
Quick workers and even though we had a common interest and nattered on and on about it most of the time, they kept working at the same time, no interruptions. At the new house end they had no issue taking off shoes every single time they came in on the new carpets. What was really good was their instant view of a situation and an alternative solution found straight away. Our staircase was too narrow for some furniture and instead of trying and making a mess and scuffing walls etc they simply said there is no point in doing this, let’s take them over the balcony! So with ease and only a steadying hand from us the 2 sofas were whipped up and over the first floor balcony straight into position, brilliant. Highly recommend these guys.

Having bought some heavy items from an Auction I was given Charlton’s details after discussing the job with them I decided to use them.
What can I say other than first class. Father and son business, between them they collected and delivered 2 items totalling almost 1/2 a ton. Not only did they collect and deliver they installed the items , a job I thought I was going to have to struggle to do. All for the original quote First class team would highly recommend and I will use again.
